Increasing staff on deck – City Cruises announces new senior hire

City Cruises, the leading River Thames sightseeing cruise operator, has announced the appointment of Heather Egerton as Business Development Manager. Since gaining a degree in International Tourism Management, Heather has worked in the inbound and outbound tourism industry for the last 15 years. Starting as Marketing Assistant at the Youth Hostels Association, she then moved into inbound travel as Trade Sales Coordinator for the German National Tourist Board. This was followed by a European Product Managers role at Leisure Breaks, and more recently Membership Manager at inbound trade association, UKinbound.
