on June 11, 2009 I talked to Chris and he promised to investigate and call me back the next day. June 12, 2009. Faxed my credit card statement regarding charges and reimbursements to Chris. Chris did not call me. I called and found out that Chris was off that day.(the day he promised to call me - can this be true?) Now, talked to Felix. He said to fax him (on different number) the same information and he would call me back. I was surprised (again?) that Felix did not call either. Today is June 15 and I am still waiting for somebody (ANYBODY!) to call me back and let me know why Expedia feels that it can withhold my $559.50 Please give me a call 215-806-7049 and I will be happy to find out if Expedia really does care about their customer |
