Tourism is very sensitive to insecurity. Despite the return of peace in Kenya, with a new coalition government in place, visitors have kept away. Thousands of employees in the hotel industry remain jobless with ripple effects being felt by all including thousands of suppliers who feed the industry. Kenya needs all the help she can get to return tourism to normalcy. |
