To be clear on the status of the golf developments in Aberdeenshire: Blairs and Ury have both been granted planning permission. The Trump Menie proposal is currently subject to a public local inquiry due to the very many issues involved including the use of land with the top UK environmental designation, the scale of the proposal, and the incluion of a large number of open market houses to fund the development. |
