| Comments | Congratulations on the sale of the property - this is a hotel that's needed a major renovation for well over 15 years. Hopefully they'll re-skin and repaint the exterior of the hotel, renovate the lobby, completely change the revolving restaurant (perhaps into a club) and remove the Hyatt flag. The reputation of this hotel could be a lot better, so I believe everyone in Phoenix is excited to finally seeing some improvements with the hotel. |
