Best of Suffolk attributes its continued success, despite the downturn, to customer service and innovation. Innovation has defined Best of Suffolk from the start, with notable early achievements being the first Suffolk agency to offer defined standards, real-time online availability and providing floor plans for all holiday cottages. This year has seen, amongst other things, the launch of Live Chat on the website, opening up another avenue for guests to interact with the company when booking a holiday.
This latest triumph for Best of Suffolk comes in a year, which has seen considerable growth for the company, resulting in a move to converted eco-friendly offices in Suffolk, the creation of a luxury country estates portfolio, and the launch of a national brand ‘Best Escapes’.
This is just the start though, with a new advanced website and re-branding under its belt, the focus is now on sister company Best Escapes and national expansion.
