AMResorts expands strategic partnership with NH Hotels in Dominican Republic.
AMResorts and NH Hotels are expanding their three-year partnership with the opening of Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic. Set to officially open on November 15, 2013, Breathless Punta Cana will be the first Breathless Resort & Spa. The new Unlimited-Luxury, adults-only vacation option will offer sophisticated singles, couples and friends a vibrant social atmosphere; chic and modern design; conceptualized dining options; trendy bars and lounges; exhilarating entertainment and activities; and more.
The two companies began working together in 2011 with AMResorts providing sales, marketing and brand management services for Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana and Now Larimar Punta Cana. Under the agreement, NH Hotels continued operational control for the properties with Martinon Group serving as majority shareholder.
