The Hartling Group announces awards received at The Caribbean Travel Marketplace

The Hartling Group has been a pioneer in the luxury Turks and Caicos resort development industry.

PROVIDENCIALES, TURKS & CAICOS – The Hartling Group is delighted to announce the most recent awards received by its two Providenciales, Turks & Caicos resort properties that were presented on January 12th, 2014 during the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association’s Caribbean Travel Marketplace in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The Sands at Grace Bay received Expedia’s Top Partner Award for Turks & Caicos and the Regent Palms Turks & Caicos received Classic Vacations’ 2013 Classic Caribbean Independent Hotel of the Year Award.

The Hartling Group has been a pioneer in the luxury Turks and Caicos resort development industry. It developed one of the first condo-resorts on Providenciales, the landmark resort The Sands at Grace Bay. The Hartling Group then followed their tremendous success with The Sands Resort by developing the luxury Regent Palms. Both properties are located on world-famous Grace Bay Beach and continue to be recognized as leading resorts in the Caribbean and Turks and Caicos. In 2013 alone, The Sands at Grace Bay was named one of the, “Top 15 Resorts in the Atlantic” by the Conde Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards and the Regent Palms Turks & Caicos was named the #1 Turks & Caicos Resort according to Travel + Leisure’s 2013 World’s Best Awards.

In January 2014, construction commenced on The Hartling Group’s third Turks & Caicos development project, The Shore Club on Long Bay Beach. Once completed, The Shore Club will be a low-density resort community that will feature 38 two and three bedroom condos in two low-rise buildings, and six luxury villas.
