The Adagio application makes booking with a mobile device easy

A large share of Adagio's customers are business travelers. These tech-savvy customers are by definition mobile and they might well find this application indispensable.

In order to reinforce its digital offer and anticipate new consumer practices, Accor is now offering customers a free mobile application for smartphones and tablets available in 15 languages.

It’s easy and fun for guests who have iPhones or Android devices to book a stay at the best rates in one of Adagio’s 100 aparthotels worldwide, anytime, anywhere. A large share of Adagio’s customers are business travelers. These tech-savvy customers are by definition mobile and they might well find this application indispensable.

This device’s key feature, the “Book” function, allows users to search for and locate their aparthotel by destination. But that’s not all. All mobile device users can also pay directly via the app and access all the information they need: description of the aparthotel, map of the area, itineraries, email and telephone contact details and even the weather forecast. All this has been designed to simplify the lives of Adagio customers as well as strengthen the bond between the brand and travelers.

Wide ranging content as well as a personal space
Videos, photos and news bulletins all highlight the brand’s top picks, enhance special promotions and spotlight some cities.

Lastly, users have their own personal space where they can consult their current bookings, a history of their reservations, their favorites and also access information concerning their Le Club Accorhotels loyalty card.
