Luxury RV rental market heats up

Many RV travelers, still want that open road experience, but without sacrificing the comforts of home.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – There are signs all around. RV travelers are becoming more discerning and businesses are taking notice. Allstar Coaches, the leading provider of luxury RV rentals in the United States, is just one example of who is catering to this crowd.

“While luxury RV travel is not a new concept, the recent upturn in the economy has seen an explosion of activity in this market,” Rob Tischler, CEO of Allstar Coaches, says. “Luxury RV parks are popping up all over the country in popular RV destinations such as the Florida Keys, Las Vegas and Southern California. People are hitting the road in style and they need a place to park their luxury RV rentals in places that are richly-appointed with upscale amenities.”

Tischler adds that in addition to seeking out luxury parks, many RV travelers are also opting to turn the parking over to someone else.

“Often, when people decide to rent a luxury RV, they also choose other services to accompany all that a luxury RV vacation can deliver,” Tischler says. “For example, hiring a professional driver to navigate the roadways is becoming a popular option. Customized travel itineraries, and provisioning services are also top requests.”

There’s no doubt about it. RV travel is not what it used to be. It’s earned mass appeal in a niche market. And while the lure of the open road will never disappear, the way people are choosing to experience this American pastime, is certainly changing direction.

“Many RV travelers, still want that open road experience, but without sacrificing the comforts of home,” Tischler says.

So, for those who seek a bit more than just a place to camp for the night, luxury RV rentals and parks that cater to them are the answer. After all, it’s not just about the destination, it’s about the journey too.
