DeLclima is a special guest at Capri Palace Hotel

DeLclima special units designed for the Luxury Hotel on Capri Island.

TREVISO, ITALY – The Capri Palace Hotel & Spa is a luxury hotel of refined elegance that resembles, with arches, vaults and columns, an ancient Neapolitan palace from the 1700’s.

The Resort is just steps away from the small and charming center of Anacapri, an authentic village in the most exclusive, charming island of Capri, in the Gulf of Naples.

The 72 rooms and suites of this 5 star hotel, some with a private pool and garden, are decorated in Mediterranean style, offering comfort and privacy.

The Capri Beauty Farm is a spa with international fame, many times awarded as the best medical spa in the world, and specializes in beauty and medical activities.

Many European and American celebrities have chosen this charming hotel to spend some relaxing time, where they receive total respect of their privacy.

The luxury of the structure, the importance of its guests and the multitude of private swimming pools need particular care in terms of comfort over the whole building.

Perfect room temperature and humidity level all year round and low noise level respect the guest’s expectations on one side; running cost reductions and easy installation, considering the particular location of the hotel respect the owner’s needs on the other one.

How to satisfy both customers’ and investors’ needs? DeLclima answered this question by creating a dedicated unit able to combine the highest comfort level in every season, also producing sanitary hot water, and respect the acoustic needs and logistical limits of the building.

As a matter of fact, positioning and installing a standard unit in such a reduced and uneasily accessible space is not a simple operation. For this reason a new split heat pump, specifically planned for this project, has been designed and produced by DeLclima technicians. The strength of this proposal has been demonstrated by the fact that the same unit has been sold later on in many other prestigious hotels with the same constraints and peculiarity.
