Europcar announces new ExCeL Valet service

Latest addition to Europcar Mobility Centre at ExCeL London.

LONDON – Adding another valuable component to its mobility offering at ExCeL London, Europcar is now providing valeting services for visitors own vehicles, from the conference and exhibition venue. Designed to provide visitors and exhibitors visiting ExCeL London by car with the added convenience of vehicle valeting, this new service complements the wide range of mobility solutions already offered by Europcar from the site.

Car valeting is an integral part of Europcar’s business operation for its rental vehicle fleet. It was, therefore, a natural development to extend this experience to visitors to ExCeL London using their own vehicles.

Customers can choose from three levels of service. Bronze – which includes washing the vehicle’s exterior and leather, including all shuts; Silver, which also cleans the interior and wheels and Gold, providing a wax, polish and deodorisation too.

“We’re extremely proud of the Mobility Centre at ExCeL London”, said Ken McCall, Managing Director for Europcar UK Group. “It is the first of its kind in offering every type of mobility solution from an event venue for business and leisure travellers. By adding our new Valet Service, we believe we are improving the complete event experience for those who choose to use their own vehicle to visit the site.

“The three options mean that whatever the need or budget – be it a quick clean of your car while you look around an exhibition, or a full valet – Europcar has got you covered.

“This latest development continues to enhance the travel solutions available from one location. But we’re not resting on our laurels. In the coming months we plan to develop further options for customers travelling to and from ExCeL London”.

Europcar and ExCeL London are working together to create an industry-leading mobility solution that recognises the impact of the journey on the event experience. Drawing on a common vision of delivering the best in customer satisfaction, underpinned by international travel experience, this new approach illustrates the commitment both businesses have to offering customers ground breaking services, uniquely tailored to the events market.
