Up to 10 potential winners will be slected and given the chance to promote their film online. The shortlist will consist of the 3 films that receive the largest number of public votes. The jury will select the winner of the grand prize from the short list on the basis of the idea and quality of the film. The runners up will each receive two rail passes.
