Embraer Executive Jets opens new facilities at its Contact Center

The facility expansion takes place five years after the center began its operations in 2009.

SAO JOSE dos CAMPOS, BRAZIL – Embraer Executive Jets opened new facilities at its Contact Center, this month, to provide operational, technical and maintenance support for the global fleet of business jets.

The facility expansion takes place five years after the center began its operations in 2009. During this time, the fleet of Embraer executive jets has quintupled in size. There are currently more than 780 Embraer Executive Jets aircraft in operation in over 50 countries, and they are supported by the Contact Center 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

“Investing in support and services for full customer satisfaction has been one of our competitive advantages, which is proven by product support surveys conducted by the trade press,” said Edson Carlos Mallaco, Vice President Customer Support and Services, Embraer Executive Jets. “Our Contact Center is staffed by experienced professionals who are qualified to provide services for different levels of events.”

The Contact Center is located at Embraer’s headquarters, in Sao Jose dos Campos, providing personalized service with the objective of minimizing the response time from the first contact to the final solution for a broad range of customer needs, anywhere in the world. This service is integrated with the company-owned and authorized service centers, the parts distribution centers, and the field service representatives, as well as the technical, flight operations, and maintenance support teams.

Embraer Executive Jets expands its service network into Brazil’s Northeast
Embraer Executive Jets also announced, during the 11th edition of the Latin American Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (LABACE), which is being held at Congonhas Airport, in Sao Paulo, that it is expanding its customer support and service network into the Brazilian Northeast.

AeroMecanica, located at Coroa do Aviao airfield, in Igarassu, metropolitan Recife, will be the first Authorized Service Center for line maintenance, scheduled inspections, and remote services for Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 jets, in the region. Customers in the region already have the support of a co-located Embraer field service engineer.

“Expanding the service offerings is part of a strategic move to support the current and future fleet of Embraer business jets in Brazil,” said Edson Carlos Mallaco. “Having a dedicated team to provide better support is a commitment we have with our customers in the Northeast region.”

“The authorization of our service center in the Northeast reinforces our commitment to Embraer and its customers, by offering greater convenience of maintenance services for Phenom jets in the region,” said Luiz Carlos Benetti, General Manager – AeroMecanica.

AeroMecanica has also been the Embraer Authorized Service Center in the city of Curitiba for the Phenom jets, since 2011. The national service network is complemented by Algar Aviation, in the city of Belo Horizonte, Globo Aviacao, in Brasilia, and Voar Aviacao, in Goiania, as well as Embraer-owned service centers in the cities of Sao Jose dos Campos and Sorocaba, in the State of Sao Paulo.
