The Ritz-Carlton, Abama introduces exclusive club level retreat

The Club at Abama will offer an exclusive sanctuary, providing the comfort, convenience and privacy of a hotel within a hotel. With its own dedicated team on hand to offer extra level service, the club will take care of all guest needs ensuring an exceptional experience from its sumptuous surroundings.

TENERIFE – The Ritz-Carlton, Abama in Tenerife is set to unveil its Ritz-Carlton Club in November this year. This new addition follows the resort’s official renaming in June 2014 introducing the brand’s signature services to the Canary Island gem on the island of Tenerife.

The Club at Abama will offer an exclusive sanctuary, providing the comfort, convenience and privacy of a hotel within a hotel. With its own dedicated team on hand to offer extra level service, the club will take care of all guest needs ensuring an exceptional experience from its sumptuous surroundings.

Incorporating a private guest lounge, 20 deluxe rooms and two suites, the club will be situated on the 10th floor of the resort’s Moorish-inspired Citadel building ensuring a prime setting for the ultimate escape. The Club level accommodation and amenities will feature special services and privileges synonymous with the Ritz-Carlton brand worldwide whilst maintaining a strong sense of the resort’s island destination.

Available to guests registered to The Ritz-Carlton’s Club level, the spacious new lounge, accessed by a personal elevator key, will offer a tranquil setting to eat, rest, and play. Overlooking the impressive Teide Mountain range and the Golf Club, the lounge will also include an outdoor terrace for guests to enjoy the island’s year round temperate setting.

Available from 6am-11pm, the concierge will be on hand to ensure the most memorable and seamless experience for guests, from dinner reservations to booking the resort’s exclusive excursions, whether a Michelin star-gazing picnic at Teide, whale watching by sail boat or walking tours through Masca. The concierge is also on hand to support with travel arrangements from changing flights and handling check-ins to arranging Flight Bites Boxes for early check-outs.

The Club will also provide daily food servings to include; a hot buffet breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea, pre-dinner bites, cocktails and night-caps, offering guests not only an alternative setting for refreshments but added value for families. Guests wishing to get online and work or connect in a peaceful environment will be able to take advantage of complimentary high speed WIFI and desktop PCs throughout.

Club Level accommodation at The Ritz-Carlton Abama will also be available from November, offering a combination of deluxe rooms and suites all with Atlantic Ocean views across to the island of La Gomera. With a unique design to the resort’s existing accommodation, guests will enjoy an exclusive stay benefiting from upgraded features and indulgent Asprey amenities.
