The recognitions were announced at an awards ceremony on October 20, 2014 in Orlando during AAA Travel’s annual conference.
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA – Pleasant Holidays and Air by Pleasant, the company’s international air consolidator brand, were each recognized for excellence as Partner of the Year for 2014 by AAA Travel, one of the largest leisure travel agencies in North America. The awards recognize the two Pleasant Holidays brands for their commitment to provide exemplary travel services and product.

In all, AAA Travel presented 11 travel industry suppliers with a total of 19 awards. In the top overall category, Pleasant Holidays received the 2014 Partner of the Year award for Tour Operator and Air by Pleasant was recognized for transportation for the ninth consecutive year.
The award selection process entails surveys and evaluations from AAA Travel’s club agency executives who rate 38 preferred travel suppliers in five categories: marketing, service, product, technology, and sales and training. Preferred suppliers offer exclusive benefits and discounts to AAA Members.
