AIM Group International has taken a 25% stake in vanGoGh

With the deal, AIM Group enters the world of digital technology with the aim of spreading and promoting modernisation in sectors and businesses that have yet to fully embrace digitalisation.

AIM Group International, the specialist in large events with offices in 10 countries that turns over more than 100 million euros, has taken a 25% stake in vanGoGh, one of Italy’s most innovative digital communication agencies.

AIM Group International, which employs over 400 professionals from 28 countries around the world, has more than 50 years experience in the sector. Every year it organises more than 3,000 high-level international events, including congresses, conventions and sports events.

“There are a series of reasons” said Gianluca Buongiorno, president of AIM Group International “which led us to choose vanGoGh from a number of communication agencies as the ideal partner for an international group like AIM: an approach based on digital technology and innovation, creativity which has been recognised by the market, and the agency’s international profile”.

With the deal, AIM Group enters the world of digital technology with the aim of spreading and promoting modernisation in sectors and businesses that have yet to fully embrace digitalisation.

“With this deal” said Massimo Galli, founder and CEO of vanGoGh “our agency has become stronger not just in the Italian market, but above all internationally, where we have been further reinforced. Creativity, ethics, digital vision and the ability to serve all our clients’ needs are some of the aspects that have characterised vanGoGh’s success over the years, and these will blend with the values and strategic approach of our new partner, which brings an authoritative viewpoint and brand awareness to the match”.

vanGoGh is a Digital Full Service Agency with a creative soul and a digital heart. With technological innovation and a multi-channel approach central to its identity, the agency focuses on aesthetics and design and has enjoyed 13 years of success in the market. It strongly believes in its values, people and talent and in the ideas needed to generate creative strategies that can produce an effective multichannel branded experience.
