Premier Inn Abu Dhabi named Capital’s most popular hotel after twelve months of operation

According to the hotel’s general manager, Roudi Soubra, the 300-room property achieved a year-to-date occupancy of 89% per cent, at least 12% percentage points higher than the capital’s average.

ABU DHABI UAE – The Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Airport marked one year of operation recently as the capital’s highest occupancy hotel.

According to the hotel’s general manager, Roudi Soubra, the 300-room property achieved a year-to-date occupancy of 89% per cent, at least 12% percentage points higher than the capital’s average.

He also told more than 200 guests attending the first birthday celebration that that the hotel is named as one of the top five hotels in Abu Dhabi by Trip Advisor’s customer reviews.

The fun-filled air travel-themed event was supported by the hotel’s F&B partners, Emirates Leisure Retail.

“It has been such a joy to open and manage this flagship Premier Inn in Abu Dhabi. The results speak for themselves and I extend appreciation to Abu Dhabi Airports for their help in delivering such a great property, and in particular the foresight to provide direct connectivity from the hotel to Airport Terminals 1 and 3,” he said.

Also over the past year, Premier Inn, the UK’s largest and fastest-growing hotel operator has been recognised by industry professionals receiving numerous industry awards and accolades including ‘Best UK Economy Hotel Group’ and ‘Best Economy Hotel Group’ by British Travel Awards 2013, ‘Budget Hotel Chain of the Year’ by Business Traveller Awards 2013 and ‘Best Mid-scale Hotel of the Year’ by Business Travel Awards 2013. Earlier this year Premier Inn Abu Dhabi International Airport won the title of Best Budget Hotel in the Middle East at the Middle East Hotel Awards.
