Leading global travel management and events business, the ATPI Group announced that the company has grown global gross sales by over 35 per cent since 2011 with a number of new account wins during 2014 including the European Space Agency.

In particular the team in Greece has seen a 12 per cent growth in sales and 13 per cent growth in transactions year on year. This growth ends a successful year for the company which last month announced the acquisition of international travel company Griffin Travel, increasing the ATPI Group’s network to over 100 locations across the world. This follows the purchase of Australia’s largest independent travel management company, Voyager Travel in January.

ATP Instone, part of the ATPI Group, is one of the leading travel management companies for the shipping and offshore sectors in Greece, and has implemented new technology systems to boost efficiencies and manage its growth over the last 12 months. Since 2007, the company has expanded its operation in Cyprus, servicing numerous shipping companies in the island.

Nikos Gazelidis, managing director the ATPI Group Greece comments: “2014 has been hugely successful. The development of our global footprint through the acquisitions of Voyager and Griffin has further increased our expertise and presence in Cyprus and other key shipping and energy destinations across the world.

“We have continued to invest in the development of new technologies to deliver greater costs savings and efficiencies for our clients. We are particularly focused on establishing further growth in the region and I look forward to exciting developments during 2015.”

Globally the ATPI Group has implemented a number of developments and enhancement of its technology including the launch of ATPI CrewHub technology.

The ATPI Group has over 100 offices worldwide and has successful operations in corporate travel, shipping and energy travel, corporate event management and online travel technology.
