SuperShuttle announces airport mobile self check-in

When a customer makes a prepaid SuperShuttle reservation, they will receive an invitation to bypass the lines and check-in using their mobile device.

PHOENIX – SuperShuttle‘s new “Airport Mobile Self Check-In” feature will allow customers to skip the SuperShuttle check-in line and easily find their ride at the airport.

When a customer makes a prepaid SuperShuttle reservation, they will receive an invitation to bypass the lines and check-in using their mobile device. The customer follows the on-screen prompts to let SuperShuttle know where they are in the airport and when they will be ready to ride. Customers get their vehicle number and easy-to-follow instructions for finding their ride. They can even track the location of the vehicle in real time on their mobile device.

Here’s how it works:

  • Opt-In. When you make your prepaid SuperShuttle reservation for travel from the airport, opt-in to receive text messages.
  • Check-In. When you arrive at your destination airport, a text message invites you to start the self check-in process. Click the link to check-in and follow the on-screen instructions to receive a boarding pass number.
  • Ride. You receive easy-to-follow instructions about where to meet your vehicle. When your vehicle is assigned, you receive a text message with your vehicle number and a link to track your ride.

Mobile Self Check-In is available at all SuperShuttle airport locations in the United States except Ft Lauderdale (FLL), West Palm Beach (PBI), Jacksonville (JAX), Ft. Collins (FTC) Phoenix Mesa Gateway (AZA) and Miami (MIA). All of these airports should be up in the very near future so check the website for updates.
