Estonian Air to offer high quality coffee and tea to tourist class passengers

Estonian Air to offer complimentary organic Lofbergs coffee and highly-rated Dilmah tea.

“Lofbergs coffee and Dilmah tea are known for their good quality and great flavour. That suits with our onboard service development plans perfectly and will please our passengers,” said Indrek Randveer, the CCO of Estonian Air.

Lofbergs has exported coffee to Estonia since the early 1990s and is today one of the largest coffee companies on the Estonian market. The Swedish coffee offered on board of Estonian Air aircraft is organic and Fairtrade labelled.

Ceylon Tea has been acknowledged as the finest black tea on earth with its distinct taste and character. Dilmah introduced lovers of fine tea to the pioneering concept of tea ‘picked, perfected and packed’ at origin. Dilmah is the Single Origin Tea 100% Pure Ceylon.

“We have similar cooperation agreements to offer Aura water and Pergale candies on board our flights. This cooperation gives a good possibility to widen the variation of our onboard services. At the same time it is a great opportunity for producers to introduce their products through our advertising channels,” said Indrek Randveer, the CCO of Estonian Air. “This kind of cooperation gives the producer a great opportunity to have good visibility on local and international markets. Therefore we encourage Estonian businesses to introduce actively their products on board of Estonian Air aircraft.”

Estonian Air, Estonia’s national carrier, is the biggest operator at Tallinn Airport. Estonian Air is aiming to provide Estonia with reliable and regular double daily connections to destinations of strategic importance and of substantial demand. Being a small country on the periphery of Europe, Estonia depends on such connections, and Estonian Air is committed to provide these services.

The airline flies regular routes to Stockholm (Arlanda and Bromma), Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Brussels, Oslo, Moscow, St Petersburg, Kiev, Vilnius and Trondheim. From December 2014 to October 2015, Estonian Air operates seasonal flights to Munich. In addition, from March to October 2015, Estonian Air flies to Paris and Berlin, from April to October to Nice, Vienna and Split, and from April to November to Milan.

In addition to direct flights, Estonian Air is providing more than 280 destinations around the world together with partner airlines.  For instance, Stockholm Arlanda, Copenhagen and Amsterdam airports act as important hubs for connecting flights around the whole world for Estonian travellers.
