Meydan Hotels and Hospitality launches mobile application of Al Yamamah Rewards

Registration is immediate and users can complete their profile online, minimising the generation of back-end paperwork and logistical support typically required.

DUBAI – In line with the Group’s vision towards technological advancements and ‘green’ initiatives, Meydan Hotels and Hospitality launches the mobile application version of its widely popular Al Yamamah Rewards programme. The company is the first amongst all hospitality brands within the UAE, to introduce an app version of its loyalty scheme.

Registration is immediate and users can complete their profile online, minimising the generation of back-end paperwork and logistical support typically required. As user profile is limited to one phone, this also minimises fraud risk. With this app, members can enjoy greater mobility, and an instantaneous rewards redemption experience of benefits such as complimentary room upgrades, dining, spa and golf, to name a few. In addition, the easy-to-navigate app is integrated with convenient features such as google map, allowing users to locate the properties’ precise location, and quick-dial push button for immediate reservations and bookings. Social networking channels such as Facebook and Twitter are also included, allowing for the sharing of experiences across multiple platforms.

Starting from the end of March 2015, the mobile application will be available for download on the Apple Appstore and the Android market.
