Luxury Jalta Boutique Hotel in Prague joins HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts

Offering exceptional interior designed bedrooms and the cool and hip COMO restaurant & cafe, serving Mediterranean cuisine, amazing sushi, as well as modern variations of traditional Czech dishes, Jalta offers a lavish and unique hotel experience in Prague.

The chic Jalta Boutique Hotel is the latest property in Prague to join HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts‘ independent hotel portfolio. HotelREZ will provide the 5 star hotel with GDS representation under the HO chain code, as well as sales and marketing services.

One of the most glamorous boutique hotels in the Czech Republic, Jalta Boutique Hotel is located in Prague’s Wenceslas Square, only steps away from the State Opera and National Museum, right in the heart of the city centre. One of the hotel’s unique features include a previously concealed nuclear fallout shelter from the 1950s, as well as an original screen print of Franz Kafka by the acclaimed pop-art American artist Andy Warhol, on display at the hotel’s lobby.

Daniel Repa, General Manager at Jalta Boutique Hotel, stated: “Jalta Boutique Hotel is one of the most renowned hotels in the Czech Republic. The exceptional interior design combining luxury, comfort and tranquillity makes our hotel popular among leisure and business travellers alike. We believe our property is able to satisfy even the most demanding of clients. And ultimately that is why we chose HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts to help us attract new potential clients, particularly from the UK, European and North American markets.”

HotelREZ is currently looking for other independent hotels in Prague to join their ever growing portfolio.

Josef Lapka, Executive Director for Operations at HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts, explains: “Prague is a well established central European travel destination and one that is attracting more and more corporate business, as well as the traditional leisure travel market. According to industry reports an estimated +7% room nights growth can be expected for 2015, indicating a moderately strong growth in occupancy levels.

HotelREZ can be a real asset for independent hotels here, as we can enable them to access hundreds of travel agents worldwide, including a multitude of preferred partnerships, which they would find difficult, if not impossible, to work with otherwise. Yet, and unlike other representation services, hotels are still able to maintain and exercise their independence, which we believe can be an invaluable asset in today’s competitive travel market.”
