Seehotel Jagerwirt has become a Romantic Hotel

For 110 years, today's Romantic Seehotel Jagerwirt has operated as an inn. By now, the fifth generation is at the service of their guests.

TURRACHER HOEHE, AUSTRIA – Prestigious award for the Seehotel Jagerwirt. From now on, the traditional hotel (opened in 1905) on the Turracher Hohe can officially call itself Romantic Seehotel Jagerwirt. The various criteria for admission, such as being a historical building which has developed over time and which is connected with the history and culture of the region, and personal management by the owner and a very high standard of food and wine, were met and surpassed with flying colours.

“We are delighted to be among the select circle of the Romantic Hotels. Apart from the classic star criteria, very special requirements must be fulfilled for this. We also offer a professional daycare service for child and young people,” says owner/manager Christoph Brandstatter.

For 110 years, today’s Romantic Seehotel Jagerwirt has operated as an inn. By now, the fifth generation is at the service of their guests. At 1,763 metres above sea level in a wonderful location with the Turrachersee Lake on the doorstep, the prestigious 4-star superior hotel offers hospitality and comfort at the highest level. Particular attention is paid to families. Many facilities are especially geared to their needs. Ten hours of child care per day allow parents to spend romantic moments together. For teenagers there is an exclusive service in Hirschen (Deer) Camp. In the spirit of the Romantic hotels and restaurants, the Seehotel Jagerwirt is characterised by a unique, warm atmosphere.
