15below teams up with Swiss International Air Lines as Notifications Provider

The five year deal, signed earlier this month, forms part of the airlines 3-year system project which will see the migration of their Reservations and Departure Control System to Amadeus by 2016.

Global notifications provider 15below, announce a partnership with Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS), the national carrier of Switzerland, to deliver all of its operational passenger communications.

The five year deal, signed earlier this month, forms part of the airlines 3-year system project which will see the migration of their Reservations and Departure Control System to Amadeus by 2016. The project is specifically aimed at delivering a centralized and consistent communication service to their customers throughout the journey and will encompass all aspects of notifications including Itineraries and Receipts, Pre-departure Communications, Flight Status and Disruption.

Following an extensive evaluation of notifications providers, SWISS selected 15below based on their proven experience and expertise working with established airlines over the past 15 years. This ability to respond successfully to the changing needs of the travel industry also supported their goal to maintain seamless customer-centric communications throughout the entire PSS migration project.

The initial phase of the project launches this week with deployment of e-ticket receipts with further phases following over the coming months. Delivery will be via Email, SMS and App Push.

Both companies are looking forward to a successful and innovative partnership over the coming years, aimed at delivering increased benefits to customers and further strengthening the position of SWISS as a premium airline.
