Purple are delighted to announce that they have been appointed as the UK and global PR representative of The BAUERs hotel group, Venice.

Villa F

Together with The Palladio Hotel & Spa, Villa F is located on Giudecca Island in the Venetian Lagoon and comprises of a series of uber luxurious residences.  Originally built as a home for noble Venetian Families, Villa F offers exclusive accommodation to discerning guests with views over St Mark’s Square.

The property’s idyllic situation offers the peace and calm of being away from the crowds whilst being just a few minutes’ boat-ride from the city’s heart. In a true reflection of Venetian life, the recently restored 16th century property offers 11 self-contained lavish residences with quaint kitchens and luxurious living spaces, decorated to an impeccable standard with pure linen and silk fabrics by Rubelli, Donghia and Jesurum.

Bauer Palladio Hotel & Spa
Enjoying one of the most famous views in the world Palladio Hotel & Spa is just a short, picturesque boat ride from the heart of the city. This handsome building, which stands proudly opposite St Mark’s Square was originally a sixteenth-century convent designed by the greatest Renaissance architect, Andrea Palladio. Recently acquired by the Bauer group, Palladio has been restored to its former splendour as an exclusive private hotel with 21 sumptuous suites and 58 bedrooms, each of which are spacious and beautifully detailed with the finest paint decoration and tapestries, while still maintaining its original identity.

L’Ulivo is the main restaurant of the exclusive Il Palladio oasis resort. With a magical and bucolic atmosphere for candlelit dinners amid lush green gardens in a XVI century patio, its menu focuses on organic ingredients blended with sea flavours.

Shared with Villa F, The Palladio Spa is a luxury complex of 450 square metres featuring eight elegant treatment rooms. The spa offers the ultimate in restorative therapies for the entire body, combining the very latest treatments with rejuvenating and beautifying natural ingredients. Complete with Turkish Hammam, a double Obermaier Jacuzzi and holistic Vitalis Bath, luxurious treatments include a softening milk and roses bath, rituals using geranium scented volcanic dust, and facials based on the ancient knowledge of the Berbers.

Bauer Il Palazzo

Situated on the banks of the fabled Grand Canal sits Il Palazzo, an opulent boutique hotel offering guests an opportunity to enjoy five star luxury within classical surroundings. This five-star luxury hotel with its noble facade in gothic style is located in an original Venetian house from the 18th century and is often described as Venice’s most luxurious hotel with 38 suites and 34 guest rooms. Under decorative inlaid ceilings and surrounded by Chinese vases and historic tapestries, the most refined travellers can enjoy living in the rarified atmosphere of a Venetian nobleman’s period house brought up to date with modern services and amenities.

Bauers L’Hotel

The Bauers L’Hotel’s distinctive 1940’s facade with luminous Art Deco windows is poised between land and sea, framed by the magnificent baroque church of San Moise and the bustling Rio San Moise. The property offers 97 spacious, luxurious guest rooms and 22 suites with beautiful early 40-50th century furnishings complemented by subtle yet unmistakable Venetian accents. All accommodations have been lovingly and routinely updated in order to capture the contemporary spirit of Venetian Living. A more private experience is offered at the neighbouring Casa Nova, an extension of BAUERs L’Hotel. It offers ten rooms and nine luxurious apartment suites that are perfect for both short and long-term stays as well as family accommodations.
