Travelport strengthens relationship with IATI in Turkey

This new agreement will see the two companies continue to work together in Turkey and 41 other countries worldwide, but will extend the geographical width and breadth of the partnership to cover six new countries including Pakistan, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Afghanistan.

DUBAI, UAE – Travelport, a leading Travel Commerce Platform providing distribution, technology, payment and other solutions for the $8 trillion global travel and tourism industry, has announced the signing of a five-year agreement between its local distributor and with IATI Travel, the largest business-to-business (B2B) travel franchise in Turkey, to provide content distribution services and IT solutions to its operations worldwide.

This new agreement will see the two companies continue to work together in Turkey and 41 other countries worldwide, but will extend the geographical width and breadth of the partnership to cover six new countries including Pakistan, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Afghanistan.

IATI is an “all online systems integrator” providing a reliable online shopping platform between agents and travel product suppliers. It provides agents and its users with real time price and availability from various travel product suppliers, enabling them to purchase online.
