Phocuswright and PATA announce partnership at PATA Technology Forum

For 37 years, PATA Travel Mart has offered a dynamic program and platform to showcase travel products and services and bring together hundreds of international industry buyers and sellers.

NEW YORK – Travel industry research authority Phocuswright and the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) announced a joint partnership giving PATA Technology Forum attendees access to unique Phocuswright content and research. The PATA Technology Forum takes place at PATA Travel Mart 2015, in Bengaluru, India, on September 6, 2015.

“It’s very exciting to be part of this inaugural PATA event,” said Tony D’Astolfo, managing director of Phocuswright. “We’ve been covering travel technology for 20 years and plan to bring our unique perspective to the event with a combination of research presentations, innovator spotlights, and a panel discussion featuring the leading tech players in the region.”

Phocuswright Asia Pacific research analyst Chetan Kapoor will present research at the Technology Forum portion of the event. “We plan to showcase innovations from the region and share our latest research on the Asian Pacific markets,” said Kapoor. “PATA has fantastic reach and influence in the region, making them the perfect partner for our expansion into Asia Pacific.”
