Casablanca Group Limited entered into framework agreement with SH Golden Tulip

The company shall be granted with the priority to provide any related products that SH Golden Tulip may require for the "Golden Tulip" brands in the PRC.

HONG KONG – Casablanca Group Limited announce that, on 2 July 2015 (after trading hours), the company entered into a framework agreement for cooperation with Golden Tulip (Shanghai) Hospitality Management Co., Ltd., to establish strategic cooperation relationship concerning the supply of various duvets, bedding products and towels by the Group. The company shall be granted with the priority to provide any related products that SH Golden Tulip may require for the “Golden Tulip” brands in the PRC.

SH Golden Tulip is a subsidiary of the Louvre Hotels Group in the PRC, engaging in hotel management and hotel management consultation services for the PRC market. With its headquarter in France, Louvre Hotels Group has been managing and operating more than 1,200 hotels in the world under six brands, including Premiere Classe, Campanile, Kyriad, Tulip Inn, Golden Tulip, and Royal Tulip.

Mr. Cheng Sze Kin, Chairman and Executive Director of Casablanca Group Limited, said, “the cooperation with SH Golden Tulip will enable the Group to further expand its channel of business to provision of bedding products to hotel sectors. We strongly believe that the agreement will enable the Group to further establish our brand image, as well as increase our source of income and profit.”
