Maine Hotel Management Company expands into Bay State.
PORTLAND, MAINE – Migis Hotel Group, a family owned and operated hotel management company based in Maine, announced that they have acquired Emerson Inn by the Sea in Rockport, Massachusetts.
The company will own, operate, and manage the 36-room historic grand hotel. Over the next year, Migis Hotel Group looks forward to an extensive upgrade, which will include refreshing rooms, restaurants, and public spaces.

Open year round, Emerson Inn by the Sea is an ideal destination in spring, summer, fall and winter. Guests can easily access Rockport for a leisurely stroll or head to Gloucester for marine-life adventure snorkeling and hiking among the fall foliage or along the shore of Cape Ann.
