Business World Travel now offers

In addition to multiple GDS's, Business World Travel has invested in a proprietary CRM program. This will enable BWT to fully customize their service to corporate travel accounts, inclusive of booking, invoicing, services and reporting.

NEW YORK – Business World Travel (BWT) announced that the company has put in place the platforms and software to expand its offerings, becoming one of the premier full service Corporate Travel Management Companies in the US marketplace.

Raj Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of BWT, remarked that “After more than 12 years of successfully catering to the bespoke luxury market, BWT is moving towards travel management. Having worked with international (local as well as global) consolidators, along with a wide variety of wholesalers, we are now uniquely qualified to manage corporate businesses with a focus on reducing corporate expenses, while elevating the travel experience.”

Further, Mr. Gupta said that BWT has made major commitments to the corporate travel management by investing and expanding its technological base, including contracts with multiple GDS’s (Global Distribution System) in order to insure that BWT works smoothly with corporate accounts regardless of the GDS platform they may have in place. For companies without a GDS platform, BWT’s experienced staff will be available to handle all aspects of their travel booking requirements.

In addition to multiple GDS’s, Business World Travel has invested in a proprietary CRM program. This will enable BWT to fully customize their service to corporate travel accounts, inclusive of booking, invoicing, services and reporting.

“While we have proprietary cutting edge technology and do offer it to our travel management clients, our marketplace edge is our staff – with their years of experience, personal touches and interventions that can help elevate business travel to the next level,” Mr. Gupta explained.

The BWT staffers are able to reduce the cost of corporate travel through the use of:
Discounted consolidated fares – coach, business or first class

  • Upgrades from coach to business
  • 2 for 1 business class
  • Fare rule waivers for advance purchase fare or minimum stay requirement
  • Help using free or frequent flyer award tickets
  • Which credits card will help maximize award earnings
  • Strategies for redeeming miles using lower miles on partner Airlines
  • Cash back rebates and incentives
  • Reduced or waived services fees for ticketing, refunds, etc.
  • Creative ticketing utilizing sister/split cities

The BWT customer experience always includes assistance when clients are on the road. Whether a client misses a flight, a volcano disrupts travel across a continent or political events dictate changes in behavior and travel, BWT has the risk management solutions that protect both travelers and corporate bottom lines.
