Creating a high-end lounge for a leading international airline
Virgin Atlantic selected the project team of Clune, Slade Architecture and AMA Consulting Engineers to design and construct the new Clubhouse at LAX. The project team delivered a lounge that epitomizes Virgin Atlantic’s premier brand and luxury flight services. Construction of the LAX Clubhouse involved the addition of luxury amenities such as a full-service kitchen, bar and VIP dining area. The Clubhouse’s lounge aesthetic was achieved by the addition of creatively designed high-end finishes including indirect cove lighting; custom curved wall panels with scalloped detailing; a made-to-order stretch fabric ceiling; and a custom reception desk with solid surface.
