China Southern announces service to Rome, Dubai and Christchurch

The Guangzhou-Wuhan-Dubai service is staled to launch in November. China Southern Airlines will use an Airbus A330-200 on its new service to Rome, offering a total of 258 seats. 
GUANGZHOU, CHINA – China Southern Airlines, the largest airline in the People’s Republic of China, announce new air service from Baiyun International Airport Guangzhou to Rome, Dubai and Christchurch.
 
The Guangzhou-Wuhan-Rome and Guangzhou-Christchurch routes will be offered three times weekly and will both launch on Wednesday, December 16. 
 
The Guangzhou-Wuhan-Dubai service is staled to launch in November. 
 
China Southern Airlines will use an Airbus A330-200 on its new service to Rome, offering a total of 258 seats. 
 
For its direct service between Guangzhou and Christchurch, China Southern Airlines will dedicate one of its new Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
 
Both Rome and Dubai are the important metropolitan destinations in China’s “One Belt, One Road” strategy and the new services will present historical opportunities for aviation market growth with China and enhance the business and leisure travel options for customers worldwide.
 
The Christchurch service marks the first route from the Chinese Mainland to New Zealand’s South Island.
