Stoweflake introduces signature wellness program for corporate meetings

The new Wellness Program leverages the expertise of the Spa and Wellness Center's certified professionals and comprehensive facilities, as well as the AAA four diamond property's experienced culinary staff.

STOWE, VT. – Already an unparalleled meeting destination, the Stoweflake Resort & Conference Center, in the heart of Stowe, Vermont, raises the bar yet higher with the introduction of a new signature Wellness Program designed to make events more rewarding for attendees. A perennial favorite with meeting planners, Stoweflake has won the prestigious Pinnacle Award for the last consecutive 19 years and is the only facility in the state certified by the International Association of Conference Centers.

The new Wellness Program leverages the expertise of the Spa and Wellness Center’s certified professionals and comprehensive facilities, as well as the AAA four diamond property’s experienced culinary staff. Corporate events and meetings may be infused with planned group wellness activities and workshops, pre-paid Spa access, and nutritious menu options.

Among the group wellness activities offered are Yoga for all experience levels, Guided Meditation and Breathing Practice and Chair Massage Breaks.  Group wellness workshops are centered on Ayurveda Daily Routines, the ancient Indian science of life and wellness, and include such options as Sleep Tips, Relaxation / Stress Management, and Herbal Remedies to combat common ailments.

Wellness Program options are designed to help meeting attendees recalibrate, revitalize and learn to become more present in the moment. As a result, creativity flows and meetings become more productive, according to Baraw.
