Registration for the much sought-after hosted buyer programme of CONVENE has now opened and demand for places on this flexible and comprehensive scheme are once again expected to exceed the places available.
CONVENE 2016, the fourth edition of the event, will provide buyers with complimentary return travel, transfers, hotel accommodation, a buyer only welcome reception and the gala networking event, full daytime and evening refreshments as well as the opportunity of applying for a place on one of a number of fam trips out into region‘s destinations. This flexibility gives the buyers time to experience and discover a wide range of returning and new exhibitors, the latest education and evening networking opportunities.

Organised by the Vilnius Convention Bureau in association with Kennedy Integrated Solutions, the event features the countries of the Baltic Sea Region. 165+ hosted buyers from throughout Europe are expected to attend with an estimated 3750 pre-scheduled business appointments to be conducted. Buyers will meet some 80 exhibitors from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Russia. Building on the success of the three first editions, which have seen over 430 hosted buyers in attendance, CONVENE 2016 will present the very high quality hospitality of the Vilnius meetings industry community and all that this UNESCO World heritage destination has to offer.
CONVENE which is acknowledged as having a genuine style and a deserved reputation for excellent organisation, takes place on 10-11 February 2016 at Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO in Vilnius, Lithuania.
