STR Global announces partnership with AA Hotel Services

STR Global has partnered with AA Hotel Services, to provide performance data to hotels within the AA Hotel Scheme.

LONDON – STR Global, leading provider of global hotel data, has partnered with AA Hotel Services, hospitality recommendation and assessment specialists, to provide performance data to hotels within the AA Hotel Scheme.

“We are proud to partner with a company as well recognized as AA”, said Thomas Emanuel, STR Global’s director of business development. “This partnership will provide more hoteliers across the U.K., especially those in the Independent segment, with access to STR Global’s benchmarking services. The data we provide is confidential, reliable, accurate and actionable, and our comprehensive reports will empower AA Hotel Services members to strategize and compete within their respective markets. At the same time, STR Global will benefit from the market presence and reach provided by AA’s inspections”.

STR Global gathers performance data from more than 18,000 hotels comprising more than 3.0 million rooms.

“We are constantly looking at ways to provide enhanced benefits to our members, and the service that STR Global offers is a superb addition”, said Simon Numphud, head of AA Hotel Services. “We believe the data, which will be available with all AA inspection reports from January 2016, will truly help all of our hotels improve their competitiveness and service”.

Each year the AA inspectorate team visits and rates thousands of establishments, from hotels and restaurants to guest accommodation, campsites and self-catering properties.
