Both ABTA and ATOL bonded, Staysure Travel is also part of the Advantage Travel Partnership, the UK’s largest independent travel agent group.

Staysure Travel, a new full-service travel agency, officially opened the doors to its national headquarters in the heart of Coventry City Centre – having created over 100 new jobs across travel sales, IT, finance, customer service and learning and development.

Both ABTA and ATOL bonded, Staysure Travel is also part of the Advantage Travel Partnership, the UK’s largest independent travel agent group.

Staysure is known as an award-winning and market-leading over-50s insurance specialist with over 1 million customers, but this new venture launched in response to customer requests, is a one-stop shop and personalised travel service offering everything from cruise, beach, ski and adventure holidays to city breaks and country cottage rentals, across short, mid and long haul travel.

In a launch ceremony at Sherbourne House in Coventry, the Lord Mayor, Councillor Michael Hammon, was joined by business leaders to hear the company’s Managing Director, Alison Westall, thank Coventry City Council for its support and outline plans for growth in the next year which include offering a range of holiday related services including FX currency and of course travel insurance.

“We are excited to have officially launched Staysure Travel in response to our customer’s requests. We’ll continue to provide the best deals for them, but now in more areas than ever before. We have recruited and trained a great new team in our new HQ, and we are still on the lookout for travel trained staff at varying career levels to join our growing contact centre sales team. We are now set to work with the industry’s leading operators to accelerate our travel business rapidly,” she said.

Staysure founder and chairman, Ryan Howsam said: “The company has experienced phenomenal growth over the past 10 years, and the new travel venture is the next logical step in our business development. Earlier this year, we were listed as one of the ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ by the London Stock Exchange Group and we look forward to maintaining that growth cycle as we evolve as a cutting edge over-50s lifestyle brand.”
