Aeroflot halts ticket sales for Ukraine flights beginning October 25

Sale of tickets is stopped for the following routes beginning October 25 inclusive: Moscow – Kiev – Moscow, Moscow – Odessa – Moscow, and St. Petersburg – Kiev – St. Petersburg.

MOSCOW – Aeroflot has ceased tickets sales for flights to Kiev and Odessa following the decision by Ukrainian authorities to ban flights by Russian airlines.

Sale of tickets is stopped for the following routes beginning October 25 inclusive:

  • Moscow – Kiev – Moscow
  • Moscow – Odessa – Moscow
  • St. Petersburg – Kiev – St. Petersburg

Passengers who already hold tickets for these routes are entitled to:

  • refunds at the point of sale (without penalties);
  • a one-time change of flight dates to a date prior to October 25 without additional charges or penalties;
  • for tickets booked from third-party countries or return flights: passengers are requested to change their route using other flights marked with the code SU to/from any other point in European Russia, Belarus or Moldova in instances when  passengers who are foreign citizens have the necessary documents and visas.
