TREASURE ISLAND, FLORIDA – The Treasure Island Beach Resort is scheduled to open early first quarter 2016, according to the resort’s ownership group Ocean Properties Ltd. The first new hotel to be built on the beach in Treasure Island in years, the all-suite luxury property is perched on an expansive stretch of powdery white sand, designed with all guestrooms offering a view of the stunning Gulf of Mexico and features a beachfront swimming pool and casual restaurant.
Local tourism officials say the Treasure Island Beach Resort is a welcome addition to the destination’s growing luxury hotel inventory.

Treasure Island Beach Resort is located at 10800 Gulf Boulevard, within minutes of the community’s quaint beach bistros and eclectic shops. Local recreational pursuits include world-famous shelling, snorkeling, parasailing and the mile-long Treasure Island Beach Trail.
