Americas Best Value Inn`s appoints new national sales and development manager
Americas Best Value Inn by Vantage has appointed Patrick Mullinix as the brand’s new National Sales and Development Manager. In his previous position as Senior Director of Membership Development for Americas Best Value Inn, Mullinix managed the brand in regional markets. During his four years in this position, he increased the total number of Americas Best Value Inn locations in the state of Texas to over 77 properties, making it the fastest growing hotel chain in the state.
Nationally, Americas Best Value Inn has been recognized as the Fastest Growing Hotel Chain for four consecutive years, adding nearly 650 locations throughout North America in only seven years of operation.
In his expanded role, Mullinix will oversee the membership development staff and continue Americas Best Value Inn’s exceptional growth. Although he plans to concentrate on the northeast and upper northwest regions, the focus will be to attract new members throughout North America who continue to seek the brand as a desirable choice in branding alternatives.
Considered the “affordable alternative to franchising,” Americas Best Value Inn is a membership-based hotel brand, providing owners with a low, flat fee; short-term contracts; and a voice and a vote in the brand’s policies.
Before coming to Americas Best Value Inn, Mullinix spent eight years with other major hotel chains and received numerous awards for his accomplishments in franchise sales. Mullinix is a graduate of Texas A&M, and currently resides in Austin, TX with his two sons.
