Turkey opens public lands to tourism investments again
The Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism has opened a puplic land allotment to develop tourism establishments in several cities of Turkey. Proposals for 14 puplic lands will be ended 26 July 2006. Lands will be sold in the adjudication used for develepment of thermal, resort, golf and congress & meeting hotels and components.
Puplic lands and projects that will be opened:
- Antalya Kemeragzi-Kundu - Theme Park
- Bolu Koroglu Mountain - Kartalkaya ski center tourism establishment
- Istanbul Bomonti - Tourism establishment and congress and exhibition center
- Istanbul Istinye - Tourism establishment
- Usak Banaz Hamambogazi thermal region - Thermal hotel
- Bursa Osmangazi Kirazli Uludag 2.nd.region - Hotel
- Mersin Tarsus Sofular - Tourism establishment and restaurants
- Mugla Datca Iskele Hisarmagara region - Hotel or holiday village
- Mugla, Yilanli Ardicovasi region - Golf investment and Hotel or holiday village
- Yalova - Baltac? farm tourism establishments, thermal cure establishment and Congress and exhibition center
