Swain tours no longer USTOA member
USTOA President Bob Whitley has confirmed that Ian Swain, president of Swain Tours, has purchased 100% ownership of the company from Travel Corp. Whitley stated that under USTOA bylaws a company must be under the same continuous management or ownership for three years in order to remain eligible for membership. Therefore Swain Tours no longer qualifies to be a member of USTOA.

Accordingly, deposits and payments made to Swain Tours prior to July 8th 2006 are protected under the USTOA Traveler`s Assistance Program; but deposits and payments made after July 7th 2006 are not protected under the Program.
