New appointment at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi
French national Reda Sebbar is the latest member to join bustling Le Meridien Mina Seyahi’s F&B team. His track record includes major hotel chains in the region as well as famed restaurants in the United Kingdom.

Reda has freshly arrived from the Jeddah Hilton, KSA, where he was in charge of Conference & Banqueting. Among other stations, he was based at the Intercontinental Hotel & Resort in Riyahd, the renowned “Mezzo” restaurant, the Cavendish St.James’ Hotel and the Hilton Metropole – all in London.

He will be overseeing all C&B activities at the Mina and also be focussing on the pre-opening of the adjacent new property, due to open next summer. Besides his native French, Reda speaks Arabic, English and Spanish. Rania Deimezi - Tuesday, August 29, 2006
