TAP DANCE 2007 to be held in Palm Springs, California
Travel Alliance Partners, LLC (TAP) will hold their 2007 annual business meeting and conference, named TAP DANCE 2007 in Palm Springs California on June 7 to 10, 2007 in the interest of encouraging partnerships between North America’s Premier Tour Operators and it’s travel services provider partners.
TAP distinguished itself as a group of travel professionals that produces business. TAP partners have increased market share to participants since last June’s TAP Dance 2006 event, held in Little Rock, Arkansas. The decision to meet in Palm Springs is a continuation of this great event. “We cannot be more pleased to be meeting in Palm Springs. TAP again leads the way in hosting events in unique and highly enjoyable venues,” said James J. Palmeri, Executive Director of TAP.
TAP DANCE 2007 is a different type of conference. TAP Partners and travel services provider partners sit down for longer meaningful meetings in order create programs that work for all partners. TAP Partners decided it was time to listen, absorb and institute the ideas of their travel services provider partners (formerly known as “suppliers”). TAP Partners decided that if they were going to have an exclusive meeting, it needed to be a different format, one in which RESPECT was the prevalent emotion and the atmosphere was one of mutual FOCUS.
Tap Dance 2007 is a continuation of the “roll up your sleeves” and “find a better way to do business” networking event that brings the leaders of tour operator businesses together with the destination leaders of the industry.
All Tour & Travel Services Providers (Suppliers) are selected by the Tour Operators that they have either worked with, wish to work with, or wish to introduce to their fellow TAP Partners. Each Operator selects only 7 names that they may submit, and only the first four respondents to the invitation are allowed to attend as that partner’s invitee.
