The table below shows the average sub-index scores for the industry, along with those for each of the five sectors.
The Web-Based Resellers had the best averages in all
sectors except for Attitude. Indeed their averages for Responsiveness and Transparency (8.0 in each case) reflect very well on the sector, and the overall average of 7.0 is very impressive.
The average scores of Cruise Line companies, however, were not as notable. They were lowest in all sub-indexes except for Simplicity.
