Expansion Policy

a) What is your policy to strengthen your company worldwide?

Kempinski aims to be the market leader wherever it manages a property and is renowned for pioneering entry into new markets. Kempinski’s decision to manage a new property is based on an evaluation of the property, its location, potential markets (both local and international) amongst other criteria. We often enjoy long term relationships with the Owners of our properties and prefer to think long term when deciding to manage a property. We also strive to improve the performance of our existing portfolio.
