Novotel adds innovative communication zones across UK
Following the introduction of the design and service-led New Generation programme, Novotel won the AA Hotel Group of the Year 2005 – 2006 and now the brand continues to enhance its technology to successfully meet customers growing demands. This can be seen most recently by the implementation of new a variety of innovations across its UK hotels.

 

The new technology implemented at Novotel's hotels concern Web Corners, Quadriga Entertainment Systems and Ipod Tour.

“Novotel is changing and we know that technology is playing an increasingly important part in our guests needs. These developments address those needs and re-inforce Novotel’s new positioning in the upper mid market,” said Roger Smith, Director of Marketing and Distribution, Accor Hotels UK.

Novotel is refurbishing its hotels across the UK to reflect its New Generation concept.
