Exhibitors inviting Hosted Buyers
Exhibitors may fully host their own buyers at no cost. For this, they will be provided with “Hosted Buyers Application Forms” which they can send to one or more buyers of their choice. These application forms will be returned to CULTOUR for evaluation and if approved, exhibitors will be able to invite, at absolutely no cost to them, their chosen buyers to attend CULTOUR to include air fare limited funding, up to two hotel nights, meals and social functions as officially programmed by CULTOUR and local transfers, as well as being able to attend any of the post or pre-CULTOUR fam tours at nominal or no cost.
