ACTE Centre launches research resource for the business travel industry

The ACTE Global Centre for Research and Education launched ACTE Connect – Discover a World of Knowledge at the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) Global Education Conference in Washington, D.C.  ACTE Connect is an one-stop resource of the industry's intellectual capital, research, and best practices and is a free and open resource to all – not just ACTE members. ACTE Connect currently houses more than 450 (and counting) white papers, reports, presentations, surveys, and other documents relating to every aspect of the business travel profession.

"Our challenge was to harness the intellectual capital of the industry in one virtual home," Greeley Koch, ACTE Global Centre for Research and Education Chairman, said.  "Our solution is ACTE Connect - Discover a World of Knowledge.

"What will you find in ACTE Connect?" Koch asked. "Everything from traveller tracking to procurement strategies, from seamless automation to online booking, and from advanced travel management to the latest in supply chain management."

Research is continuously refreshed by buyers, suppliers, TMCs, consulting firms, ACTE partners, research organizations, government agencies and academia. Eighty percent of these documents are less than a year old, and more than 30 percent are less than three months old. Commercial messages under the guise of research will not be accepted.
