Philoxenia (meaning “hospitality” in Greek language) takes place every November, in the International Exhibition Center of Helexpo at Thessaloniki city, in Northern Greece, just 30 minutes flight from Athens.
Philoxenia’s objective goal is not only to reinforce and enhance the presence and image of its exhibitors in the Greek and international market, but also to bring about direct and measurable benefits for all participants.
To ensure positive effects for all exhibitors, a hosted buyers program (from 31 countries in 2007) is in effect, while a series of parallel events offer insights to a region of great potential.
Exhibiting in Philoxenia with 25.000 visitors for 2007 and 800 exhibitors from Greece and abroad, in 11.000 square meters venue, offers an unrivalled platform for tourism enterprises and destinations.
